Cutting Edge Controls
is capable of providing a complete set
of documentation on any project. Our engineers utilize
AutoCAD Electrical 2008 to create schematic documentation
which typically includes power distribution, I/O, peripheral
interfaces, operator consoles, and panel layouts, with the
most accuracy possible. We can work to any customer
specifications, or we can provide designs based on our own
experience and engineering standards. We can also
accommodate different design platforms, if you require it.
Cutting Edge Controls will also provide a fully documented
Bill of Materials providing the customer the component
details required to service their equipment when necessary.
All documentation is provided in electronic form at the
completion of the project.
Cutting Edge Controls can provide most customer specified programming formats. Our goal is to provide a structured format that flows with the sequence of the process for ease of readability. We can create programs for simple sequence operations, or multi-station precision process equipment.

Cutting Edge Controls can provide control panels and
onsite installation of control panels, as well as
machine wiring. Our no-nonsense “all-aboard, hands
on” approach with installation keeps everyone busy
during installation, minimizing inefficiency. We can
wire to your specifications, or standard NEC. Our
experienced technicians are knowledgeable of
existing codes and will work within your schedule to
perform an installation that will minimize the
impact to your existing production. Our engineers
are always on site during installation to help with
