We have been working with a wide variety of applications as of late.  In this tough economy, it has been very important for everyone to “tighten our belts”, and make the most of our budgets.  Keeping this in mind, we try to focus on how we can maximize the efficiency of the existing equipment.
 

In most cases, it is not necessary to upgrade your controls system to achieve this, just integrate some newer concepts, such as vision inspection systems for consistency and accuracy, and data acquisition to track your efficiency and downtime.  It can even be as simple as creating additional function and information screens to your operator interfaces to aid the operators and technical staff.
